Homes Not Handcuffs: The criminalization of Homelessness in U.S. Cities

Criminalization of the poor is done in places like Ocean Beach, were the rich people live, because the only people that dig in trashes are the homeless people. They made it a law that no one can dig through the trash. Homeless usually do this to find cans to recycle or food. It's not fair to the poor people because they don't have any other choice!Those people that prohibited trash digging should put themselves in the homeless shoe and live a day like they do.
